The Infinite Meditation Stream: A New Kind of Meditation
For four years I have been developing and experimenting with my Embodied Ecology of Self-Loving Presence meditation. Using my phrase matrix message generator at its core, the meditation is constantly re-writing itself! Every time I listen is a unique experience — as guiding statements are generated from a vast yet deeply focused field of possibilities.
I am calling the concept an Infinite Meditation Stream. An Infinite Meditation Stream is a meditation that:
is always new — listening never feels like the same old guided script. The meditation stays alive over time.
is always attuned — precisely composed words and phrases, randomized within a deeply intentional field of possibility.
time flexible — it can be adjusted to whatever amount of time you have, short or long. Theoretically it could be infinite.
Unexpected word combinations and the sequence of statements circle around an experiential theme, so your mind is constantly adapting and learning. Thus, listening to Infinite Meditation Stream is a practice of fluidity that may develop resilience and responsiveness in your mind, heart, and nervous system.
While this example is read with your browser’s AI voice, the composition itself is human-defined — not AI generated.
Prototype and Future Versions
The current prototype has more than 20 thousand possible statements. I didn't write each one individually but I have carefully composed the phrase matrix that generates them. Over the past four years, I have been finely tuning the composition, I’ve vibe-coded the playable guided meditation.
The read-out-loud feature is pretty basic right now. This prototype uses the automated voice of your internet browser, with an option to change the voice speed to adjust to your particular browser settings.
Future iterations may include:
Invocations read in my voice (based on real audio recordings, not an AI replica).
Refined AI reader options so you can choose and adjust the voice to your liking.
Adjustments to the timing of the invocation rhythm.
Background video options.
Thematic options (e.g. male body, female body, non-gender).
The option for you to fine-tune vocabulary to your sense of resonance.
About the Embodied Ecology of Self-Loving Presence Meditation
I have continued to develop this meditation because:
It's super rewarding to create something deeply aligned — and new!
This particular meditation uplifts my body-mind-soul immediately, in the moment of listening — and makes me want more.
I feel its vast potential as a support for my own transformation and wellbeing — and thus for others as well.
Through experimentation, I have found this meditation works well when I have a base-line capacity for relaxed focus. With that baseline:
It can be amazing as an inwardly focused meditation — lying still, and/or consciously moving my body from the inside out.
It can also be powerful to listen to while going about my day, inviting me to live and move in a field of self-loving presence — cultivating the capacity for that to be my natural way of being.
I have also found this meditation is not appropriate if I need to sleep (and doesn't work anyway). If I'm exhausted or fatigued late at night — that's not a good time.
Try the Meditation for Yourself
Now that I have fine-tuned this meditation to my satisfaction, my real experiment (on myself) can begin! Would you like to give it a go as well, and possibly join the experiment?

Try the meditation a few times (start with 9 invocations to get the feel for it).

Practicing this meditation cultivates resilience and constancy of self-loving presence in your body and mind.
This meditation works like magic — because the field of self-loving presence is already here and already pervading every aspect of reality and every speck of the universe. So the practice is not about creating self-love where it doesn’t already exist. It’s about cultivating your conscious, visceral experience of what already is.
Engaging with this meditation sets the energies of self-love into motion in your body. Then, like a stream flowing through a garden, this energy effortlessly does its work over time. The more consistently you partake in this practice, the more natural and automatic self-loving presence will become — until it is simply the luminous backdrop of your experience.
You see, the sunlight of self-loving presence already exists inside everything and everyone, including, most importantly — you. Self-love is what makes reality real. So, this meditation is not a whitewash of “love, light, and high vibes” covering up something unlovable in the shadows. It is more like — parting clouds to reveal the sun already shining behind them, bringing warmth to the garden after a long winter.
Self-loving presence is always ready to shine through because it is the origin and actuality of who you are. Your sincere intention and earnest attention is what parts the clouds.
The ever-changing invocations at the heart of this meditation are generated the moment you read or hear them. Each is one of more than 25,000 variations. And the sequence is new each time so your meditation will always be unique for you right now — never to be repeated! Your relaxed focus and engagement with the ever-changing, unpredictable invocations will cultivate resilience and flexibility in your brain and nervous system as it opens nourishing streams of self-loving presence in your mind and body.
Let’s Begin:
Make sure you are in a safe place and comfortable position.
Settle in. Relax. Focus your mind and heart. Set your intention to cultivate self-loving presence for your own well being and the well being of all.
Invite your attention to be immersed in the stream of this meditation.
Now, feel your gravitational connection to the ground beneath you. Notice that you are completely immersed in the earth's vast atmosphere. Notice how this atmosphere has sustained you since before your first breath.
Feel how every breath is your embodied participation in the living ecology of this planet.
From this ground of awareness, breathe in all that you need and breathe out all that you do not need.
Breathe in all that you need and breathe out all that you do not need.
And once more, breathe in all that you need and breathe out all that you do not need.
Now relax into the field of self loving presence as the flow of invocations begins.

Resting now in the living field of self-loving presence, I shower every part and whole of my being in the soothing and harmonizing light of self-loving presence.
Fully immersed in the vast ecology of self-loving presence, I breathe in, receiving the nourishing vibrations of self-loving presence — and breathe out, releasing all that I do not need. I breathe in to receive the healing light of self-loving presence — and breathe out, releasing all that I do not need. I breathe in to receive the life-giving energy of self-loving presence — and breathe out, releasing all that I do not need into the vast ecology of self-loving presence.
And so I am, and so I shall be — effortlessly immersed in the embodied ecology of self-loving presence.
This field of self-loving presence remains constant into my day or night, even as I as I drift to sleep or return my attention to the space around me, wiggle my fingers and toes, and proceed into my day — with the blessings of self-loving presence in every moment.
